On 9/21/2022, the Lucas County Coroner’s Office performed an autopsy on the body of 18-year-old Pliasi Coker and found the cause of death to be Multiple Gunshot Wounds to the Head. Manner of death is ruled as a Homicide. Pliasi Coker was pronounced dead at 3718 Kershaw Avenue, Toledo, Ohio on 9/20/2022 at 9:15 pm.
