Apply for assistance on bills like rent, mortgage, and utilities through our various programs. Toledo residents can receive up to six consecutive months of mortgage payments, and up to 15 months of assistance with rent, utilities, and fees.

We are updating all water meters and replacing all water service lead lines for free. Customers must schedule a water meter upgrade. Assistance is also available through discounts on future water bills, the new debt forgiveness program, and more.
