Of the 430,319 citizens living in Lucas County in 2020, 331,291 were old enough to vote as of March 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 173,550 of those people were female and 157,741 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
