On February 18, 2025, Kaptur emphasized the role of entrepreneurs in Northwest Ohio's economy. She stated, "Entrepreneurs drive our NW Ohio economy forward, by creating jobs and building futures. We’re proud to celebrate the innovators making it happen during #NatlEshipWeek. Let’s support and uplift them this week and beyond!" This message was shared in conjunction with National Entrepreneurship Week.

The following day, February 19, 2025, Kaptur addressed the ongoing conflict involving Ukraine and Russia. She asserted that "Ukraine did not start this war — Russia did." She further expressed concern over any claims suggesting otherwise as they pose risks to Ukraine and European allies. Kaptur highlighted the importance of America's support for liberty in Ukraine against what she described as Vladimir Putin's "brutal, illegal war."

Later on February 19, 2025, Kaptur issued a warning regarding a scam targeting individuals applying for retirement benefits through the Social Security Administration (SSA). In her post, she warned: "Scam Alert! The Social Security Administration Office of the Inspector General is warning about a scam targeting those applying for retirement benefits." She advised caution against emails directing recipients to unknown sites.
