On February 21, 2025, Kaptur emphasized the role of the United States Postal Service as an essential public service for Americans. She stated that "The United States Postal Service is just that — a public service for the American people. No matter where you live, neither rain nor snow nor sleet nor hail, they will deliver. Any attempt to shutter it would take an act of Congress." This tweet underscores her stance against efforts to close or privatize the postal service.

Later that day, Kaptur hosted a bipartisan Farm Bill Town Hall in Northwest Ohio.
