On March 16, 2025, Rep. Kaptur acknowledged the milestone of Toledo’s Sister City relationship with Szeged, Hungary. She extended a warm welcome to Szeged’s Vice Mayor Thomas Kovacs at the Hungarian Club of Toledo. "Recognizing the 35th Anniversary of Toledo’s Sister City relationship with Szeged, Hungary. A special warm welcome to the Glass City at the Hungarian Club of Toledo for Szeged’s Vice Mayor Thomas Kovacs."
The following day, March 17, she expressed festive wishes for St. Patrick's Day through her platform, wishing everyone joy and good fortune on this occasion. Later that same day, Rep. Kaptur congratulated young artists from Northwest Ohio who participated in the 42nd Annual 9th Congressional District Art Competition.
