Rep. Marcy Kaptur addresses local veteran, libraries, and Cesar Chavez recognition

Rep. Marcy Kaptur, serving the 9th district of Ohio since 1983, recently shared her activities and reflections on social media. Kaptur, who has made significant contributions to her region and holds a notable tenure in Congress, uses her platform to spotlight both local and national issues.
