Marcy Kaptur has represented Ohio's 9th District in Congress since 1983 after succeeding Ed Weber. Born in Toledo in 1946 and currently residing there at age 76, Kaptur graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a bachelor's degree in 1968.
