Coy Road north of Navarre Avenue is still planned to be opened the week of November 14th.
Additional work items such as permanent pavement markings, guardrail installation over the new bridge, sidewalk installation and temporary traffic signal modifications still need to be made to safely open the intersection.
By the end of the work today, both through lanes for east and west bound Navarre will be open to traffic.
